A new toolbox for internet reduction

Our research has found that people use a range of specific strategies in order to reduce their internet use, from avoiding specific websites to self-monitoring and managing urges. We have packaged these strategies into a great new tool that is now available for anyone concerned about their internet use.

Through this fantastic tool, eligible participants are able to make a specific plan to follow in order to reduce their internet use. Throughout their journey towards change, the coach will provide encouragement and feedback on the plans to help participants to reach their goals. The program is completely private and confidential and designed to support you in your choices.
